Bike Fitting

A bikefit is the process by which it is possible to find the positions ideal to avoid injuries or discomfort when riding a bike. I like to highlight the plural of this phrase, since many believe that there is only one "correct" position. Each position will depend on the type of cycling you want to do (either road, mountain, time trial, recreational or transport), as well as the level of training or conditioning that you had previously.
